Doris Gitari

Doris is a Kenya Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife with 17 years of a wide range of work experience, both in General nursing, Midwifery, Medical, Surgical, Emergency and Paediatric care.

Doris trained at the Sengerema School of Nursing, Tanzania. She is registered and licenced by the Nursing Council of Kenya and the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi, UAE. She has worked in various hospitals including Neema Hospital and New Medical Center Speciality Hospital, Abu Dhabi. The scope of practice and experience attained in various capacities as a registered nurse and nurse manager has enabled her to add and develop more skills and knowledge, hence developing interest in Podiatry nursing and other areas of practice.

She likes traveling and engaging in community development activities.
